EEP! is a simple .newsrc editor designed for people who may not know how
to use editors such as vi or emacs.  EEP! reads the "active" file and
your local ".newsrc" file (from rn, trn or nn) then combines this with
a list of descriptions of newsgroups taken from the "newsgroups" file.
It will also work with NNTP.
