Starting from SmoothWheel 0.44.14:

- Versions with .AMO suffix are limited to maximum maxVersion which is allowed by addons.mozilla.org
  at the time of uploading to AMO, and do not include an update url (therefore defaulting to AMO update).
  
- Versions without .AMO suffix are unlimited in maxVersion (for most apps it's 9.9.*) and include
  an update url which points to smoothwheel.mozdev.org/update.rdf which is the home page of smoothwheel.
  
- smoothwheel.xpi is the unlimited version.
