cut 	I started with a pretty difficult one

wc	this provides a file/line/word/char indexer

head
tail 	head and tail are gutted from wc

grep	used tail for skeleton, adding stuff from wc/cut

rev	modfied from head/tail skeleton

which	is a modified version of 'search' from ShellDorado

sort	found a demo combsort algorithm written in BASH by Carl McNealy
	which modified nicely to do natural sorting of mixed lines
