	libarray contains the basic for a timeseries database.
	the library comes specialy suited with functions for
	handling dynamics arrays and functions to update, sort,
	insert new members based on a timestamp.
	The library comes with documentation and examples.
	The array approach makes the handling extremly easy
	and fast. 
	It requieres GLIBC to work properly because it makes
 	use of some GNU functions.
