To update your version of MH, retrieve the appropriate patch
files and feed them sequentially to "patch -p" at the top of
the MH source tree.  Make sure that you fixup any patch rejects
before proceeding onto the next patch.

After patching, be sure to re-run mhconfig and then type "make
distribution" from the top of the tree.  This will remake READ-ME,
and fixup some links (it also does "make clean").
