Description:    Lout document formatting system reads a high-level description
                of a document similar in style to LaTeX and produces a
                PostScript file which can be printed on many laser printers
                and graphic display devices.  Plain text output is also
                available.
                lout.barcodes, lout.eiffel, lout.latin and lout.teq are
                contributions to the lout systems and added here for commodity.
                The author of lout doesn't maintain these packages so don't
                bother him if you have questions regarding them.
