How to start ?
Open phplangeditor in the Tools menu of your Firefox or Mozilla browser.
Click on Source file to select the original translation.
Click on Translation file to select a work in progress. This is not required.
On the tool left Pane, select the item you are going to translate.
You will see the original translation on the upper right pane. Write
your own translation on the lower right pane, and validate it by
clicking on save current item.
Repeat the operation for all the items you need to translate.
Finally click on Save to record your work in the file of your choice.
Tips
Source file is the file to translate.
Translation file is a current translation of the 'Source file'.
When loading this file only the strings that exist in the source file will be kept,
others will simply be ignored. Translation file is not the file where your work will be saved.
It is made like this to allow you to open a work in progress or another lang file to help you translate
the 'Source file'.
Ctrl-enter is a keyboard shortcut to Save current item.
Save current item means that it will be kept in program memory, if you close PHPlangEditor without saving the whole translation all the saved items will be lost.
The View all and View untranslated buttons are filters for the items list that is in the right Pane.
