Subject: [patch] NNTP protocol negotiation (NNTP over TLS)
 
Hi,

This is another small patch to enable TLS protocol negotion for NNTP
in client mode. The command line argument is "-n nntp".

As there is not yet an official standard for "NNTP over TLS", this
patch is only compatible with the INN news server [1]. Since version
2.3.0, INN provides "preliminary support for news reading over SSL,
using OpenSSL".
