* GtkNotebook is now properly destroying action widgets

* The XI2 code has been made more robust:
 - Trap errors due to disappearing devices, which
   can happen when resuming from suspend
 - Prevent stuck grabs when using move-resize emulation
   with XI2
 - Avoid segfaults due to events on disabled devices
